These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the products and services provided by Gravity Prime (“we”, “us”, “our”) through gravityprime.io, including the Prime Sheets WordPress plugin and related services. By using our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Services
Gravity Prime develops and sells WordPress plugins that extend the functionality of Gravity Forms. Our current product is Prime Sheets, a Google Sheets integration for Gravity Forms.
Prime Sheets is available in the following tiers:
- Lite (Free): Available on WordPress.org with limited features (3 form connections, 1 feed per form, 8 column mappings).
- Starter, Business, and Agency (Paid): Available through gravityprime.io with full features and varying site activation limits.
2. License and Usage
When you purchase a paid license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the number of sites specified by your plan. The free (Lite) version is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later.
You may:
- Install and use the plugin on the number of sites your license allows.
- Modify the plugin for your own use (subject to GPL terms for the free version).
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense paid versions of the plugin.
- Share your license key with others outside your organization.
- Use the plugin in a way that intentionally disrupts our services, the OAuth proxy, or Google’s services.
- Attempt to circumvent license activation limits or rate limiting.
3. Requirements
Prime Sheets requires:
- A self-hosted WordPress installation (version 5.8 or higher).
- PHP 7.2 or higher.
- A licensed copy of Gravity Forms (version 2.5 or higher). Prime Sheets is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rocketgenius, Inc. (the makers of Gravity Forms).
- A Google account for connecting to Google Sheets.
4. Google Account Connection
Prime Sheets requires you to authorize access to your Google account via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your account, you authorize Prime Sheets to:
- Create Google Spreadsheets on your behalf.
- Read and write data to spreadsheets that Prime Sheets created or that you explicitly selected.
Prime Sheets uses only the drive.file scope, which limits access to files created by or explicitly shared with the plugin. You can revoke this access at any time through the plugin settings or your Google Account permissions.
5. OAuth Proxy Service
The Prime Sheets OAuth proxy is a convenience service that brokers the Google OAuth token exchange. It is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
If the proxy is temporarily unavailable:
- Existing connections continue to work (tokens are stored locally and refreshed proactively).
- Failed sync attempts are queued for automatic retry.
- Paid users can configure their own Google Cloud credentials to bypass the proxy entirely.
6. Payments and Refunds
Paid licenses are sold through Freemius. All prices are in USD and are subject to change. Pricing changes do not affect existing active licenses until renewal.
Licenses are billed annually. You may cancel at any time — your license remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refund policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you’re not satisfied, contact support@gravityprime.io within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
7. License Expiry and Grace Mode
When a paid license expires or is deactivated:
- Feeds pause — form submissions are no longer synced to Google Sheets.
- All configuration, tokens, and queued data are preserved.
- A reactivation prompt is shown in the plugin settings.
- We never delete your data due to licensing changes.
8. Support
- Lite (Free): Community support via the WordPress.org plugin forum.
- Starter and Business: Email support at support@gravityprime.io.
- Agency: Priority email support.
Support covers plugin functionality, setup assistance, and troubleshooting. We do not provide support for general WordPress, Gravity Forms, or Google account issues outside the scope of Prime Sheets.
9. Limitation of Liability
Prime Sheets is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any data loss resulting from plugin use, Google API changes, or service interruptions.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your WordPress site and data. While Prime Sheets includes retry mechanisms to prevent data loss, we cannot guarantee that every form submission will be successfully synced to Google Sheets under all conditions.
10. Rate Limiting
The OAuth proxy enforces per-license rate limits to ensure fair usage and service stability. Current limits are:
- Lite: 60 requests per minute.
- Starter/Business: 120 requests per minute.
- Agency: 180 requests per minute.
If you exceed these limits, requests are temporarily delayed with a retry mechanism. Rate limits apply only to proxy requests — direct Google API calls (manual OAuth mode) are not rate-limited by us.
11. Intellectual Property
The Prime Sheets name, Gravity Prime brand, and all associated logos and designs are the property of Gravity Prime. “Gravity Forms” is a trademark of Rocketgenius, Inc. — used here for identification purposes only.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to license holders and posted on this page. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
